Our carpet cleaning process includes:

1. Pre-Inspection. Upon arrival, we will walk through the areas to be cleaned, identify any problem areas such as heavy soiling, pet odors, stains, or damaged carpet that may be in need of repair. As needed, we’ll talk with you about what can be done to address these issues and then provide you with an accurate quote.
2. Space preparation and furniture moving. We will move the light easy to move furniture before beginning the cleaning process. Please note, that Revamp Cleaning, follows industry safety standards when furniture moving is provided. All furniture is moved with the exception of heavy and breakable items including china cabinets, pianos, bookcases with books in them, beds, large dining tables, dressers or any electronic equipment including TV’s, VCR’s, stereos or computers.
3. Heavy Duty vacuuming. Using commercial vacuums, we will deep vacuum and pile lift exposed carpets, to remove the loose soiling that may have occurred between cleanings.
4. Pre-treatment of tough spots. Using Pre-spotter, we pre-treat all surface spots and stains before we begin cleaning to ensure the best chance of removing tougher stains and high traffic soiling. If the carpet cleaning technician finds anything that requires a more extensive method of removal, they will let you know and discuss with you the process needed. A good example would be if there were a large ink stain, wine stain, or pet stain that might require more extensive corrective processes.
5. Pre-conditioning of carpets. A natural eco-friendly solution is pre-sprayed onto the carpet and allowed to dwell for 5-10 minutes. Agitation of the pre-spray into the carpet is done with our specialized machine to remove all the dirt that the vacuum missed.  This process will break the bond between the carpet and the dirt in it.
6. Deep extraction cleaning. Our truckmounted cleaning system will effectively flush out all the dirt suspended by the preceding processes thereby leaving your carpet amazingly fresh and clean.   Your carpet will dry faster and ready to use in about 2 hours or less.
